1:1 Individual Therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you. Together, we’ll create a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and explore both your thoughts and emotions in a way that feels manageable. We’ll gently look at patterns, build insight, and work toward meaningful change—while also incorporating moments to reconnect with your body and come out of the constant overthinking. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more self-aware, and more confident in navigating your life in a way that feels true to you.

Virtual Therapy Across Ontario

Sessions are offered securely online, allowing you to access therapy from anywhere in Ontario. All you need is a private space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone. Virtual therapy offers flexibility and convenience, making it easier to fit support into your routine while still creating a safe and meaningful space to connect.
