The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’d like support with, and what your goals might be. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—we go at your pace.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, therapy can be a helpful space to explore that.

Yes—all sessions are offered virtually across Ontario. This allows you to access support from the comfort of your own space.

This depends on your needs and goals. Many clients start with weekly sessions and then adjust over time. We can decide together what feels most supportive for you.

Direct billing coming soon! At this time, direct billing is not available. Payment is made at the time of your session, and you’ll receive a receipt to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be subject to a fee.
